Returns

Yes we accepts return but under the below mentioned conditions

 1) We do not accept return if the seal is broken or the product is used.

2) We do not accept if the label or writings are tampered.

3) If the product is intact that means the seal is not broken, label and boxes (if the product has

box packaging) are not tampered then we will accept the return and customer will get an

exchange or refund after receiving the product. The refund or the exchange happens in 4-7

working days after receiving the product.

4) We recommend a video shoot of unboxing. Then only we will be able to do a refund if the

product is damaged while shipping.

Refunds

Unboxing Video Requirement:

Please capture an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.
Ensure the product, seal, and box are intact in the video.

Return Request Process:

If you receive a broken or wrong product and you wish to return, you can raise a return request.
The return request should be raised within 24 hours after the delivery.
For damaged items( happened in transit) the return should be raised along with the unboxing video. Otherwise the return request will not be approved.
We will confirm and initiate
the reverse shipping process upon approval.

Reverse Shipping Charge:

The reverse shipping charge varies based on your location.
You are responsible for covering this charge.

Collection Process:

Our executive will collect the items from your location within 2-3 days after initiating the reverse shipping.

Refund Process:

After receiving the items, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
The refund amount will be adjusted to account for the reverse shipping charge.

Exchange Option:

If you prefer, you can opt for an exchange with another product of equivalent value.
We will dispatch the new item within 2 working days of your request.
